Can someone self-isolating get someone else to pick up their Click+Collect order?
We’re happy for someone else to collect your order. Please make sure they have a copy of your order confirmation, as well as their own photo ID (passport or driver’s licence).

Are deliveries of parcels and orders running on time?
Deliveries are currently running on time in most instances but this may change. Our delivery teams will contact customers on a case by case basis, please ensure we have your mobile phone and email address details.
I can't return my product because of current restrictions, what should I do?
If you’re unable to return your product because of the current restrictions we will accept a late return providing that the product meets all of the other terms of our returns policy, including proof of purchase requirements.
