This paint pot has got a press and pull lid and after several attempts and very sore fingers, I gave up and will return it. Looking at the other reviews, I think I've had a lucky escape!

Thin and watery, don't bother

I've used valspar paint around the whole house. It's excellent, no splatter, thick (even when thinned) and literally will not buy a y other brand. I'm a regular DIYer and regularly decorate. This paint was a disappointment. It was too watery, thin, splattered everywhere - I used it on a ceiling, the only plus was that it dries evenly and is a true white. But honestly I would not recommend. Definitely not Valspar's usual quality paint. Won't be buying again.

This is the worst paint on this planet.you would be better mixing flour with 5L of water to get more coverage and thickness.I was gutted I took the lid of coz can’t take back now tags broke DO NOT BUY .this is probably the first bad review I’ve ever done as I don’t like to.so that should tell you how bad it is.if you don’t mind doing 20 coats then this is for you.

The worst paint I’ve ever used

Utterly useless - had to bin it and buy some real paint. Milk would cover better

Just rubs off

I painted almost the entire interior of my house with this paint. Most walls took 3 coats to get a decent coverage, even the ones that were previously cream.
Now, even after 3 months the paint comes off if you come into contact with it! If you lean on a wall you get white marks on your clothes, if you wipe a bit of dirt the paint comes straight off.
Really very terrible quality. Am I meant to avoid ever touching the walls?!?
