Burnt out after 2hrs

Decent build quality, but it didn't like a branch with a knotty joint in it. Stopped with a clunk and a burning smell. Not tripped or fused. Very disappointing. Seems powerful but not as much as it looks.

Very powerful and effective, perfect for thick straight branches. Bought and tried it today. I prefer a flat plunger than a round one; like any other branch shredders I used, it is noisy. But this is so far the best one I had. Love it.

Bought this last week and it is excellent for general garden use and does not clog easily, unlike the previous shredder we had, Only drawback is that it is quite noisy.
Great at shredding, when it's working.

I bought this 4 days ago to shred some pruned tree branches at my daughter's. It was fine the first day, but on the second day it just stopped. I reset and it went for about 30 seconds then stopped again. none of the branches were over 15 mm and most were really twigs. Any advise on what to do, as I said it's ideal when it's working.
Not Bad, not great either.

Generally the product is good. Tackles 40mm branches with ease as log as they are relatively straight and limbs are cut back. Does not particularly like freshly cut leaves or vines as it tends to clog a little. Biggest bugbear is the collection box latch does not retract fully and James the collection box. As a result, after about a2 months of ownership the box has cracked due to the force of trying to get the box out to empty it. Ryobi really needs to re think this.
