Awful blade, don't waste your money.

Bought this to trim some small metal rods - maybe just 2-3 mm in diameter. Blade barely made a dent in the metal and was soon blunted before I had finished the job. Perhaps if you bought a different brand of blades this would be fine but ended up buying the larger Irwin 24 TPI which was far superior in every way. Don't waste your money on this product.

Brought this product to cut metal rod on roller blind. But the blade struggled with approximately 2mm of sheet metal.

Bought this about a year ago and have not used much. Feels nice in hand to use. Was cutting some thin metal and saw handle came off the metal frame and I cannot repair. Would not recommend will have to buy a replacement and it won’t be this one.
Good, cheap little hacksaw

I bought this to cut the tubes on some roller blinds down to size. After reading the poor reviews of the product I was worried it wouldn't be up to the job so bought extra blades as back up... didn't need them. This is a perfectly adequate little tool, cut through three hollow but sturdy metal tubes and the thinner but solid plastic rods that go in the bottom of roller blinds.
