Was no reviews when purchased but I was happy with my MacAllister Jigsaw so got this Sander. This Sander has 3 changeable base pads but these are held in place with Rubber pins. These pins come loose after 10-20 minutes of use. I was constantly having to remove 4 screws to take the base off, re-insert rubber pins and screw back together to continue use. Lining up the base plate with the washer and getting screws in place was very fiddly and time-consuming. I spent more time taking it apart and putting it back together than actually sanding. Was quicker to sand by hand overall. After I changed the base to use detailed edge this base practically fell apart. I returned for a refund.
