After just over a year of occasional use, the LED flame effect became very noisy to the point where the appliance is useless and needed replaced. The remote control is also very poor quality.

This fire looks great when you just have it lit up & all the different colour settings but it is far too noisy & hardly gives out any heat to my living room. I cannot return it because I threw the box away as it took up too much room. Dissatisfied with this fire.
Very stylish fire

We have just bought this to replace a similar style for that had stopped working. The fire is very stylish with lots of good features including thermostatic control. We particularly like the log effect which looks very realistic when working. When the heat is being used there is a noise, but this is no more than any other fire of this type. We like to just have the light going on the fire to crest a feeling of a real fire, and surprisingly although no heat is coming out it seems to make you feel warmer. Strange but true.
