I was hoping the other poor reviews were exaggerated, but sadly this machine is only good for thinner tiles. We tried to use it to cut 20mm porcelain and the machine cut out several times for a cool down period. The blade was not forced and mild edge chipping was unavoidable. The info clearly states it can cut 30mm but the box says 22mm. Maybe B&Q should clarify this?

Great even cuts with fast action. Yes it chips the edges, but so does every other electric tile cutter I've used due to the powerful rotating blade. Solid quality I've come to expect from Erbauer.
Saws was terrible, customer service was very good

Where to begin, the cut quantity is VERY POOR! The fence may as well be thrown away as it doesn't lock parallel the the blade as well as the measurements scale I out.
It sprays water everywhere. If you do buy this saw then stand to the side as you cut or you will soon be soaking wet.
Can it cut standard tiles, yes but it will stall out if you push it too hard.
The cut quality is Very poor. If you've got £100 to spare, you'd be better off spending it on a good grinder disk. If you have more than £100 and you want to buy this saw, try a better quality disk than this as it chipped the glazing extremely easily all along the edge.
Having said all this, I took the tool back and the staff were extremely helpful.ill be getting a higher quality saw.

1st one the stop / start button didn't work and had to return it.
2nd tile cutter the blade wobbles and fails to cut straight.
Was going to change the blade but after reading the above comment think it's another one to be returned
