When I was peeling the back off and sticking it to the work surface in my kitchen I used my hand to flatten it and was able to successfully remove any bubbles and it didn't show any marks. It looks like a new work surface. I even managed to cut it so it fit around the sink and it looks really good. It was well worth the money. For the money I spent on it I am very pleased..
Looks good but not suitable for a worktop surface

I bought this last week to cover the worktop in our utility. It’s a bit fiddly but with careful planning, a credit card and a pair of scissors it went on fairly easily. I left the sheet rolled and removed the backing slowly as I went smoothing out bubbles. However, even smoothing with the credit card left some scratch marks, I may have been pressing too hard. It looks good but will easily Mark. May be better suited to other surfaces especially if used in a high traffic area.
