Don't bay this product!!!
Super bad product.
It is impossible to tighten everything moves.
Unstable in use

Purchased this today and installed as per instructions.
Immediately noticed that the upstand moves up and down and rotates when it should be fixed to the wall by the two mounting brackets. These brackets appear to try and clamp the upright using a soft rubber friction pad, there are no grub screws provided to fix the upright stand in place, so when you turn on the water the thing just moves around. The instructions warn you not to overtighten any of the fixing, so the mounting brackets are tightened by hand and clearly do not work. Can't return for refund as thrown the packaging away. I'll have to live with it or more likely by a better product.
Shower Head and Riser kit - RUBBISH
AD123 - 2 years ago
Just fitted this and followed the instructions fully. The problem is the riser rail moves side ways when the water is on and drops because of the weight of the shower head. Got to decide now whether to remove and return, ;eaving holes in thewall and looking for something else to replace or try to glue the riser rail into place to stop it dropping.
Just cannot believe that B&Q thought that this was an effective design....
Do not buy this

This product is awful - I believe that most stores have withdrawn it from sale now, but in case you find on that hasn't just don't but it. It looks great, but the riser rail is too heavy for the clamps - it just slips down through them until it can't go any further.

Bought and fitted shower this week. Just what is wanted. Only problem is instruction manual is very poor. Just pictures and no real info. Still trying to work out how to fix soapdish and stop riser from slipping down.
