Corded sds drill

Bought this item as a replacement for same type and model. Old drill had served very well. Old drill has now got a broken gear box ie it will hammer but not hammer and drill. Had used it heavily for demolishing old mortar and walls. It will still hammer and that is now it's job. Had no qualms about buying another considering how much hammer the old drill took. It is quite a large drill so tight spaces can be a problem . Overall a very good drill. Only takes sds bits but adaptors are available.

The the price its a great drill.it goes very well through brick
Also easy to change bits and lightweight when working aloft
Good, but for minor DIY.

Chisel/hammer mode is weak on this drill, comparing to the 600w range. Only recommend for minor DIY tasks not prolonged work.
Not clear when buying - Need additional Chuck!

I purchased this today after years of borrowing my dads.. decided to invest for myself. Really disappointed that it doesn’t clearly state it needs special SDS drill bits and need additional Chuck if want to use standard drill bits! Will return for something more simple!
Sure it’s a good drill once up and running but I only need it for the odd DIY job so won’t be keeping.
Great carry case

Sadly this drill hasn't proven to be very reliable. It's failed internally after light use at home. Overall, not impressed and I'm unable to recommend.
