Looks decent but is just flimsy. Had it fitted about 3 month and the top bracket that holds ot to the wall is broke so the whole unit needs replacing as you can't get separate brackets. Do not buy
Shockingly poor quality, do not buy this product

The overall quality of the product feels cheap. The fixings are plastic and almost impossible to get a solid fixing to the wall , the mounts don’t allow you a good enough fixing to prevent movement. The hole thing moves and it’s obvious that it will not sta
Looks nice, but not very good.

I bought this on 4th July, box was a bit tatty but all the parts were there, so took a chance.
No assembly instructions, just illustrations, assembled parts on the floor as a dry run before drilling holes in wall. OK so far.
The first problem after fitting the riser to the wall was the friction on the adjustable parts i.e soap dish and hand shower was greater than the clamping affect the wall brackets, so if you moved one all will move including the riser.
Second problem the diverter valve does not seal properly so you cannot shut one shower head down completely whilst using the other.
Third and most serious, the riser pipe to the fixed shower head the only solid pipe in the whole assembly had a minute pin hole halfway round the bend at the top which made the complete shower not fit for purpose. I did not spot this fault until I noticed a small amount of water running down the wall about 2 feet from the riser pipe. Standing on the side of the bath I got a face full mist and on closer inspection found the hole, you need a magnifying glass but it there. I am not Happy.

This is absolutely shocking. The head is too close to the wall and it has taken the power from the water flow. Hard to seal the connection to the mixer valves even with two rubber seals fitted. Had to tighten it so hard that connection is damaged so can't even take it back. Came with parts missing.Shocking!
Fixed Head Poor Spray

I bought this product, then read the reviews and decided to test it before drilling wall holes. I assembled and tested most of the items on the floor; good so far. Then connected to the water supply, turned on, no leaks.
But what a terrible waterfall like spray from the fixed head, too many and too large holes in the head, and too small (1/4" dia) hole in the inlet valve. We have decent water pressure here.
The head has to be close to the wall, so it has to spray out at an angle. The spray pattern is not maintained and the large droplets coalesce. Would be OK if dropping down vertically and one wanted the under-the-Hawaiian-waterfall effect.
So far I haven't decided whether to keep this unit and use my old head, or try for another model.
